Rino was drawn to music from an early age, which saw influence from his father’s career as a Jazz musician in Indonesia. A classically trained pianist from the age of 3, Rino attended the Institut de Jacques-Dalcroze in Geneva, Switzerland where he learned the Dalcroze Eurythmics – an approach to learning and experiencing music through movement. Rino then joined an alternative rock band that went on to play some of the biggest indie festivals in Singapore during his teenage years. His foray into music production started at Monash University, where he studied a double Bachelor in Music and Commerce. At uni, Rino would start producing for his artist friends, from Pop, R&B to Neo Soul, before starting his own solo career making Electronic music. Rino’s experience in the industry spans across different creative environments – and genres – making him a highly skilled and versatile composer.
